    Orders placed in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia:

    • Priority Shipping (6–10 business days): 4.25 USD

    Orders placed in Canada:

    • Standard Shipping (12–16 business days): 5.99 USD

    • Priority Shipping (10–14 business days): 4.25 USD

    We offer Free Shipping on all orders over 65 USD.

    There are no import charges for any of our deliveries — regardless of your country.

    Delivery

    Your order will usually be delivered by your local postal service and should arrive in your regular mailbox.
    If you're not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with pickup or redelivery instructions.


    Unexpected Delays

    In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than the estimated times due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.

    If your package is delayed, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help resolve the issue.


    Failed Delivery

    If your package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to collect, the item will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

    This includes:

    • Original shipping charges

    • Return shipping fees

    • Any additional carrier or customs fees

    These costs will be deducted from the total order amount if a refund is processed.


    Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?

    If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
