    Refund Policy

    Order Cancellation

    We accept cancellations before your item has been shipped. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve already been shipped.


    Returns

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

    • Please do not return items to the manufacturer

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    No restocking fees will be applied.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

    If approved:

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

    2. Contact your credit card company – posting delays may occur

    3. Contact your bank – refunds often take several business days to be processed
